  1. Do you ship worldwide? –

    • No, we do not usually ship worldwide due to the restrictions¬†on many of our products and the costs involved.
      If you are looking for something specific then please contact us at annekagearie@outlook.com stating the items and locations and we will get back to you with the options and costs for you to make a decision.
  2. How quickly do you dispatch my order? –

    • We aim to have all orders shipped within 72 hours. Shipping is not processed on weekends or bank holidays. At busy times dispatch times may be longer.
      Once dispatched please allow 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery.
  3. Can I track my order? –

    • Yes and No. If an item is sent with Royal Mail we cannot track it, if it is sent with one of the couriers then it will have a tracking number. If a tracking number is available it will be sent to you in your dispatch email.
  4. How do I know when my order is dispatched? –

    • When you place an order you will get an email confirmation. We also send you one when your order is dispatched. If you have not received this second email 72 hours after the confirmation email then please contact us on annekagearie@outlook.com

Our shipping rates are based on the packed weight of each item, so it included any packaging. The majority of our packages go with Royal Mail First Class so cannot be tracked and are not a guaranteed service. However, if you need to track your order, or need it as quickly as possible then upgrade on postage is available. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and fees.

 

If you order multiple items then shipping will be capped at a maximum of £6.99. If your shipping total exceeds this amount due to technical errors on our system then a refund will be issued.
